About Weight Loss:

Weight loss is a reduction in body weight. Before starting the weight loss process, you should know whether your present weight is correct or not. BMI is a very simple tool that tells you how much fat is in your body according to your weight and length. Your BMI tells you which weight category you are in:

  • Under 18.5 – Underweight

  • 18.5 to 25 – Normal Weight

  • 25 to 29.9 – Overweight

  • More than 30 – Obese (excessive weight)

There are some reasons by which weight increases:

  • Diet: The most important cause of growing weight is our diet. If our calorie intake is more then we get more chances of weight gain. Eating more fried, fast-food, ghee, cold-drink etc. increases more calories in the body. If you know about how many calories your body needs and that much consumes every day, then your weight will not increase.

  • Be inactive: If your routine is such that you do not have to move more, then it is almost certain to increase your weight.
    If you can afford a treadmill or a gym cycle and use it regularly, it will be quite beneficial. The cheapest and easiest way to do this is to get used to the habit of strolling for a while.

  • Genetics Reasons: If one of your parents has too much weight, then your weight also increases. It also influences the person’s metabolic rate and how many calories it burns when its body is inactive.

  • Age: Increasing weight with age is a natural process. This is because as the age increases, our muscles are converted into fat. Along with aging, our metabolism also decreases, this is why women increase the chances of weight gain.

  • Gender: Being a man or a woman also affects your weight. Generally women use fewer calories than men, so they are more likely to gain weight. The amount of fat in women’s body is more than that of men. A normal weight in a healthier woman contains 25% fat, whereas in such a male it is only 15%.

  • Psychological reasons: Many times the reason for growing weight is psychological. Emotional problems or depression causes a person to eat more and more because of which weight increases.

  • Pregnancy: Increasing weight during pregnancy is a common procedure. Generally, the weight of any woman increases from 5 to 10 kg, which is necessary for infant cup nutrition.

  • Medicines: Some types of medicines can increase your weight. Such as antidepressants or corticosteroids. By eating Birth Control pills, weight can also increase upto two and a half kilos.

  • Disease: Weight may also increases in sickness, because during this time the activities of the human being are reduced, and fat can increase in the body.

Some tips to get rid from Weight Loss:

  • It is important for weight loss to start exercising. At the beginning whether you reduce exercise, but later extend its time.

  • Be sure to do a warm up before exercising. In it you can stretch the body, jump or walk. This will warm your body and you will be able to do the running-jumping exercises comfortably.

  • Keep water with you at the time of exercise, so that you do not get tired quickly and do not blow your breath.

  • You wake up in the morning and drink lemon and honey in a glass of lukewarm water daily.

  • Do not eat junk foods or chocolate, cakes, toffee, ice cream, candy etc. at all.

  • Dessert can be your favorite, but to lose weight fast, you must forget about sweet, sugar etc. or reduce their quantity.

  • Drink water one hour before or one hour after eating it.

  • Do not sit immediately after eating food but walk for a while, if you have eaten extra calories, then it will burn.

  • Do not over-eat at all to finish the meal.

  • If you are hungry, instead of eating some snacks you can eat salad carrots, cucumbers, murmurums, roasted snacks, etc.

  • Eat food at least one and a half hours before sleeping at night and do not forget to walk after eating.
